Sandal En-Suite Renovation

The client wanted to modernise their dated en-suite without extending the footprint. We removed the old corner bath and replaced it with a frameless walk-in shower enclosure, freeing up significant floor space.

Key features of this project:

• Porcelain large-format tiles (600×1200mm) throughout walls and floor
• Underfloor electric heating with a programmable thermostat
• Wall-hung vanity unit with soft-close drawers and an integrated basin
• Frameless 10mm glass shower enclosure with a rainfall head and handheld attachment
• Recessed niche shelving within the shower

The work was completed in eight days from strip-out to final fix, with the client having use of their main family bathroom throughout.
