Considered from the first sketch
Every project is different, so we treat it that way. Our designers measure your space, listen to how you actually use it, and put together a full layout with 3D visuals before a single tile is ordered, then see it through to final fit so nothing gets lost in handover along the way. It makes no difference whether you're starting from scratch, already know what you want, or you're a trade or developer working to a brief, the same team sees the project through either way.

How the process works
Brief consultation
A complimentary hour in our showroom per room, talking through styles, colours, how you use the space, and your budget. Afterwards we ask for a £180 deposit, credited in full against your project.
Home design visit
One of our designers visits your home to measure the space and assess what's possible. Bring along anything that shows the direction you're drawn to. A small travel charge may apply outside our usual catchment area, and we can work from architectural plans for new builds.
Bathroom design
Using your measurements and our design software, our in-house team puts together a draft layout, with revisions along the way. We aim to have your first design back to you within a week of the home visit.
Design presentation
Back in the showroom, we talk through your original brief and the thinking behind the design, alongside a full quotation covering materials, plumbing, tiling, and installation labour from our in-house teams.
Appointing Wakefield Bathrooms
Ready to go ahead, we confirm with a 15% deposit. You'll receive your full designs, including 3D visuals and measurements, terms and conditions, and a payment schedule. From there we assign your installation team, carry out a home survey, and give you a guide installation date, split across your deposit, a mid-project payment for goods, and a final payment on completion.
